| MAINTENANCE PROVIDED SERVICES |
| Mowing: |
Mowing
shall be performed on a weekly basis. The first mowing is done
on or about the first week of April, continuing until approximately the first
or second week in November. This service includes mowing of all grass areas,
trimming of all hard surfaces including sidewalks, curbs, etc., trimming
around all trees, power boxes, landscape bedding and fences. |
Lawn
Applications: |
Applications: Your lawn program consists of all the key elements
in keeping turf in the best condition possible. A fertilizer/weed
control in the spring, fertilizer/Grub control in the summer
and a slow release fertilizer in the fall. |
| Pruning: |
All trees and shrubs requiring pruning shall be pruned one-two
times per year depending on the type of tree or shrub. This
service is typically done once in the spring, and once in the
fall. All debris shall be removed and hauled away upon completion. |
| Ground Cover: |
Mulch, rocks, or other ground cover shall be applied to all
landscape bedding and tree rings as needed at least one time
per year. All weeds shall be pulled and sprayed prior to replacement. |
| Weed Control: |
All landscape beds and tree rings shall be inspected once
per month for weed growth. Weeds shall be pulled to ensure a
neat and clean appearance. |
Sprinkler
System Service: |
The sprinkler system shall be turned on, charged and adjusted
in the spring. During the season, maintenance visits will be
scheduled to reset clock timers, inspect and adjust the system
accordingly. At the end of the year the system shall be shut
down and winterized. |
| Snow Removal: |
Snow removal to all driveways and walkways from the driveway
to the house shall be done when snow accumulations are in excess
of 2”. |
| Trash Service: |
Trash materials will be picked up on a weekly basis. Trash
receptacles will be provided by the contracted refuse service. |
| Pool/Cabana: |
Cabana overlooks pool includes TV, couch, tables, sink, men
and women restrooms, grille and large covered patio. Pool and
Cabana safely surrounded by an iron fence and security lighting. |
Maintenance fee of $100 per month includes
all the above amenities |
